Marketing Lead - Digital & B2B
Full-time | Onsite
Surat, Gujarat, India
Job Location:
Introduction & Summary
Canvaloop has earned strong organic press coverage and industry recognition — from sustainability awards to national television. We do not sell direct-to-consumer; our buyers are brands, mills, and sourcing heads. What we need now is someone to take the story we already have and channel it deliberately into the B2B conversations that matter: LinkedIn, trade publications, industry events, and our digital presence. This is a content and brand strategy role, not a performance marketing one.
About the Role
Own Canvaloop's LinkedIn presence end-to-end — content planning, post creation, community engagement, and growing our following among brands, buyers, and sourcing professionals
Build and execute a B2B content calendar that turns our existing PR, awards, media features, and milestones into compelling thought leadership
Work with the founding team and sales lead to distill technical fibre stories into accessible, credible content for a fashion and textile industry audience
Manage the Canvaloop website — updates, blog, and SEO — to ensure it reflects current products, partnerships, and achievements
Develop communications and brand language for industry events, trade fairs, and partnership announcements
Track and report on digital performance metrics (reach, engagement, inbound enquiries) and iterate based on data
Coordinate with PR contacts to amplify and repurpose organic media coverage across our own channels
Requirements
3–6 years in a B2B marketing or content role; experience in textiles, sustainability, materials, or manufacturing is a strong plus
Proven track record of growing and managing a brand's LinkedIn presence for a B2B audience
Strong writer who can make technical or sustainability content feel accessible without being fluffy
Someone who understands the difference between D2C and B2B communication — our buyer is a sourcing director, not an end consumer
Comfortable working with a small team and founding leadership; able to own projects with minimal hand-holding
Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, basic SEO tools, and website CMS (Wix or similar) is preferred
What we Offer
Opportunity to lead entire marketing vertical within a dynamic, sustainability-focused organization.
Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
Clear pathways for professional growth and advancement.
