About the Role
·      Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that align with Canvaloop’s mission and goals (both short-term and long-term)
·      Represent Canvaloop at international Expos and Conferences, engaging with key stakeholders and clients. Your job will highly involve unplanned (but exciting) travel and handling deals from Point A to Point Z.
·      Build and maintain relationships with Integrated Manufacturers and Fashion Brands and to assure that those relationships convert into Invoices for us.
·      Explore and exploit the complete textile supply chain, from fibers to garments, to identify and leverage new corporations who would be willing to try on newer sustainable materials.
·      Be Canvaloop’s voice at all representative avenues and make people believe the superiority of our products, services and our vision to mainstream sustainability in textiles.
Requirements
·      Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a senior sales role in the textile industry with experience of selling raw materials such as fibers and yarns.
·      Networking: Strong connections across the textile supply chain and an ability to engage effectively with industry leaders.
·      Product Know-How: Strong understanding of value-added natural fibers and their market, with preference given to candidates who have experience dealing with products like Linen, Organic Cotton, Tencel, Lyocell etc.
·      Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with a history of driving teams towards ambitious goals and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·      Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
